This short course is designed as an introduction to Neurophysiology. It is open for any member of the public to complete to get an insight to the world of Clinical Neurophysiology.
The areas of research are in alignment with ANSA Inc EEG Competency Statements. The ANSA Inc Competency Statements can be found on the ANSA Inc. website in the Professional Documentation tab.
Your readings should cover the following topic
- the range and purpose of current neurophysiology tests
- the different items of neurophysiology equipment
- the development of neurophysiology testing including Electroencephalography (EEG), computer averaging and Evoked Potentials (EP)
